The highly acclaimed battle royal game Apex Legends is finally coming to mobile in 2020.
After receiving a warm welcome on console, and PC, Apex Legends didn’t take long to become one of the most popular and most played battle royal game in the world.
Its developers, Respawn Entertainment have been working hard to bring the Apex Legends to a new platform and a different market.
CEO Andrew Wilson confirm last year that a mobile version of Apex Legends was in the works, although specific date of launch was not given back then.
Until recently when the official Apex Legends Twitter account teased the release of the acclaimed battle royal shooter on mobile.
The tweet teased a picture that shows the Apex Legends logo on a handheld smartphone along with the tweet “Coming Fall 2020″
From EA’s Investor Fireside Chat today:
“Apex Legends in soft launch by the end of this year (on mobile)”.

Ever since it’s release, Apex Legends has gathered over 70 million players worldwide, who’s to blame it’s developers if they wish to multiply that number by bringing the game to android and iOS.
It’s a brilliant move by Respawn Entertainment seeing how the mobile gaming industry has gained massive presence recently after welcoming the likes of PUBG, Call of Duty: Mobile, Fortnite, and now Apex Legends.
The above battle royal games listed above have all gained a vital control and secure themselves a good spot in the hearts of mobile gamers.
And quite frankly it only sounds right that Apex Legends wants the same thing.
Well, there you have it, it’s now confirmed that Alex Legends is coming to mobile in late 2020. While there wasn’t a specific date stated.
Our guess is that the game could soft launch in America around November – December, before eventually becomes available worldwide.
Or we might as well get our hands on a global soft launch (beta version) by the end of this year and worldwide final release in the first quarter of 2021.
